Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to comply with these Terms of Service.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could impair its operation.

Article 2: Placing Orders

By placing an order or booking a service , you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Some services may be offered in United States dollars (USD) depending on the client’s location or the platform used for checkout. The applicable currency will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time, but the rate shown at checkout is the one that will be applied to that transaction.

Article 4: Your information

If You wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Order including, without limitation, your name, your email, your phone number, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

Article 5 – Payment

Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If authorization fails, the order or booking will not be processed, and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Article 6: Delivery of Digital Products and Services

Because The Solutionista primarily provides digital products and professional services rather than physical goods, “delivery” occurs when you receive access instructions, confirmation or scheduling details by email.

Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
